The REAL SIMPLE INSIDERS panel is an online community created by REAL SIMPLE that allows you to help shape everything from our future advertising campaigns to new products and services to providing feedback to editors and journalists. By registering, you can choose to participate in a range of surveys, product testing programs, polls and forums throughout the year.
Why should I join the REAL SIMPLE INSIDERS panel?
As a member, you will have the opportunity to influence decisions made by REAL SIMPLE publishers, editors and marketers and to express your opinions on a wide range of subjects.
Registration is entirely free and there is no obligation to participate in surveys once you've registered.
Now that I've joined the REAL SIMPLE INSIDERS panel, what happens next?
Once you have joined the REAL SIMPLE INSIDERS panel as a panel member you will be sent survey invitations to your email address from time to time, depending on whether the subject matter matches your profile and interests. Clicking on a link in the invitation email will take you directly to the survey.
How often will I be invited to take part in online surveys?
You will most likely receive an invitation to participate in a survey around once a month -- sometimes more, sometimes less. You are free to take part in as many of the surveys as you wish and there is no obligation to participate.
In general, how long does an online survey take?
A survey lasts on average 5 to 10 minutes. We try to ensure that all the surveys will be as short, simple and as relevant as possible.
What do I get as a reward for taking part in the surveys?

I've forgotten my username or password. What do I do?
If you have forgotten your username or password, click on "Forgot my password" link on the login page and enter your email address. You will then receive an email to reset your password.
How do I change my password and my email?
To change your password or email address, log in and then click on the ‘My Profile' tab. Enter your new password or email address and then click 'Update'.
How can I change my personal information?
After logging into our member website, you can update your email address and password by selecting the "My Profile" tab on our home page. You can also update other personal information including your mailing address by clicking on the “Update Info” link on our home page.
How do I leave the REAL SIMPLE INSIDERS panel?
You can cancel your membership at any time by unsubscribing from the panel. Please click on the ‘Unsubscribe' link on the website.
What will you do with the information I share with you?
Your answers will be held in strict confidentiality and will be used only for the purposes of this study. The results will be reported in aggregate form only, and cannot be identified individually without your consent.
What if I'm not receiving any emails?
You should get a welcome email within a few weeks of registering for the REAL SIMPLE INSIDERS panel and an email for every survey we invite you to participate in.
